The platform states its shopping-agent service is free, so your total is essentially item cost + international shipping + customs, with no commission stacked on top. We don't print exact prices — they depend on your item, weight, route and country, so get live numbers instead.

- International shipping is driven by weight and volume; consolidate buys into one box to save.
- Customs is a small declaration charge — generally around RMB 10 per parcel, method-dependent.
- QC photos catch colour, defects, tags and stitching — not smell, feel or durability; ask for more angles before you approve.

What QC photos show — and what they can't
QC (quality check) photos are pictures taken of your item in the warehouse before it ships. Use them to check colour, obvious defects, size tags, stitching and whether the item matches your order notes.

- Extra QC: if a detail matters, ask whether more photos or angles are available.
- Approve deliberately: only move to shipping once the photos answer your questions.
How shipping works
After QC, you choose a shipping route. Routes differ in price, speed and which items they accept. Cost is driven mainly by weight and volume, so a light, well-packed parcel is cheaper than a bulky one.

What makes up your total
Here is the pleasant surprise for beginners: the shopping-agent service is free — there is no separate commission for the buying service itself. According to the official Service & Fees page, your total is only three parts (plus anything optional you add):

Item cost — the product price plus domestic shipping from the seller to the China warehouse.

International shipping — calculated by weight, shipping method and destination.

Customs charges — a customs-declaration cost, generally around RMB 10 per parcel depending on the shipping method.

Optional value-added services — only if you choose them (for example extra packing, or a rehearsal parcel preview before final shipping).
